Stories have always been a part of my life. Life is an addicting drug, and I've always possesed the urge to savor as much of it as possible - not just what is, but what was, what is to be, and what could have been. Unfortunately it was not given to man to experience all of time, all of space, all of possibility, not in one lifetime. What we have instead are stories, visions of the ground where we might have stood, and might yet stand. Fiction is not reality, but it is just as real. Though it is not 'true' there is truth in it, and thus beauty, and thus value.  These stories hold pieces of my unveiling of truth, and will be interpreted in the light of your own truth dear reader. I'll end my words paraphrasing the words of another, who can say things much better than I: If these stories grant you any pleasure, then when you remember them afterwards, think of them not as something I created, but rather something we made together.
